Can't open RuBotTools

Hi, today i purchased second license of my RuBotTools, after i added it on my server I instaled C++ library + Net composer. It showed me earlier virus on file, but i turned off firewall. Now, i'm clicking on the RuBot file, and it didn't show. After clicking nothing happens. What could it be?

Check if framework 4.7.2 is installed

And restart your computer

Checked both, already restarted and nothing happends.

Solved by Myself, remeber to check Windows SmartScreen, it turn on, even after disabling it.
