Chat bot error?

Hi, i followed the directions on the chatbot page on how to add your own accounts, I started with 1 account to test.

I get this error some time after connecting to the twitch chat. I'm not sure what im doing wrong.
Whenever i hit continue, the error pops right back up. I have tested this account beforehand, everything is fine.
