11 hours ago I paid for RBTools and still not activated, HELP

I paid via PayPal with the instructions listed, it said at that time that 1-3 hours is the processing time, now it's almost 12 hours and it's still pending... I messaged @Jack Shepard but he doesn't respond even though he's getting online, what's happening? @mushi
