Twitch viewers

This guy on csgo section has fake phishing streams with 20k+ viewers. he gets banned every 15-30 min but he come right away. How could he be getting so many viewers. I searched here and people are having issues reaching 100 viewers..

it's not it's scam video. (phishing) for steam accounts. http://prntscr.com/qvle49 he gets banned every 10-15min but he start again with new account

You did not understand, the banner with this stream is installed on some unknown site and is played by everyone who goes to this site, let's say it is on a site with movies, and every person who watches the movie will also watch the stream in the background and will be counted as a viewer by twitch

Oh I see... thank you for your explanation... I used to do similar with youtube could get 10k+ viewers but sadly youtube patched it last year
