I need Cookies for Ultra

I just bought RbTool, Proxy and Ultra Module.

But i still need cookies. I dont understand a whole tutorial of creating cookies and else.

and i'm looking someone recommended to sell cookies so i just can use it easier than make it from zero.

Could anyone help me
