I have not received a confirmation email or download link.

I am beginning to think something is wrong with this transaction. I sent bitcoin to the requested address your site gave me. http://www.free-kassa.ru/ doesnt have history of my transaction. I sent the money here - http://bitcoinwhoswho.com/address/3EHFuxvzAzB3fjYxSgzbWbvqnFgRZ3DpJf

I have no intentions of scamming or stealing I just wanted to purchase this. My money is gone.

That was not a cheap amount of money. I clicked bitcoin, it gave me a place to send the money to, which I did.

I think you should write in support of free-kassa to find out the circumstances. As soon as payment passes, I immediately activate the order

Сайт я отключаю от Free-kassa временно до решения проблемы. Если я не получу прямых доказательств от Free-Kassa, то их действия я буду рассчитывать как мошеннические. Программу выдам вам бесплатно как только я получу ответ от них.

Thank you very much for helping on this. I looked today and the money is still sitting in that wallet. Every time I clicked to pay with bitcoin it was always a different wallet address.

На скрине, который я прикладываю, в 10:30 по MSK оплата проведена успешна.

и прошу разобраться с этим кошельком: 3EHFuxvzAzB3fjYxSgzbWbvqnFgRZ3DpJf на который шли средства.
Предоставьте хоть какое-то опровержение тому что на заказ 30953347 был сгенерирован другой кошелек, который отличается от вышенаписанного, ну не поверю тому что вы подобный лог не ведете.

Причем это не первый случай у них по криптовалюте, если судить по отзывам в интернете. Статус биллинга: мошенничество
