Low Viewers! 70 viewers with 20,000 proxies

I bought AWMProxies, the 15.00$ package
Only getting 40-70 viewers MAX, why is this?
Running it from my home PC

 

I read a moderator say it's possible to achieve 5000 viewers, how is this possible?!?
