Купил бота и сразу же куча вопросов.

1. Где взять  Registration Informatiom : Name/Key?
Пробовал вписывать из файла README - ответ > Информация некорректна.

2.При покупке указал e-mail. Пробовал Зайти  на форум - пароль не подходит. 
Пробовал восстановить - аккаунт не указан. Хотя все данный для скачивания софта пришли на указанный мной e-mail.

Как минимум посмотреть последние посты на форуме и прочитать новости.

В софте когда вы его открываете есть ссылка
