Что через пакет за 299, что в ручную из файла или URL, пишет что загружено 0 прокси, это мои проблемы или с софтом?

Разобрался, с файла и по ссылки грузит, но вот получать от сервера по 299 софт не может, скачиваются через ЛК пустые файлы
