Приобрел Twitch Ultra Viewer 2017 v1.0 (VIP PRO EDITION)-rubot 

а он не запускается, искал инструкции, все, что нашел перепробовал, не стартует, выдает то, что на скрине.

Как быть? извините, если не внимательно что то искал)

в FAQ русским языком написано как входить в софт. В логин ввести ваш e-mail на который совершалась покупка, в поле пароль тот который указывали при покупке.
